The legal basis for the processing is the necessity to execute pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, par. 1, letter b of the GDPR), as the Data Controller is responding to a specific request sent by the user. Providing consent for this purpose, through the appropriate checkbox, is mandatory to send the message.

4. Method and Place of Processing

Personal data is processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the hosting provider’s servers and is handled only by the Data Controller or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
